⦁ Code of Ethics: strict observance of all laws, rules and regulations in compliance with the Finnish law and our policies, accounting rules, and internal controls. Noncompliance to be reported to the directors and those in violation will be dealt with according to the law.

⦁ Anti-Corruption Policy: Bribery offered in the form of money, goods, services, or other things of value given with the intention to get a service prohibited.

⦁ Conflict of Interest Policy: employees must avoid any conflict between their own personal interests and the interests of SahWira. Employees expected to refrain from a conflict of interest that arise when they use their position with SahWira organization to advance personal interests and private gain for themselves, or any other individuals, corporations or business.

⦁ Health and Safety Policy: Committed to ensure the protection, health and safety of employees, clients and others who might be involved in the daily operations.

⦁ Fraud Policy: The Board of Directors and managers will manage, maintain and innovate different ways to prevent fraud and if it occurs it will be investigated within the bounds of the law. Employees are supposed to be trustworthy and protect the resources they are responsible for while keeping a close eye to any incidences of fraud and report them promptly.
